Jeremy Seward returns to headline a night of stand up comedy featuring comics from our reoccurring open mic. Comics include Tonya Pacey, Bob Allman, Jennifer Plumm, Jon Cain, John Stuart & DJ Bluejay

This is a 60 minute class, setting our intention and then flowing through sun A and sun B, a core series, balancing standing series and hip & spine opening then savasana. This class is beginner friendly but with some experienced moves!

Join us for a night of painting and karaoke! $20 gets you in and includes: 11x14 canvas with presketched mushroom Paint, cup for water, paint brushes, napkins, plates for paint Easel for the night. *It is illegal for us to give away alcoholic beverages* Karaoke. Paint whatever your heart desires!!
